Do it Best Corp. is a member-owned cooperative and is guided by the expertise and ideas of the members of our board of directors. This group is entirely composed of and elected by Do it Best Corp. stockholders - those hardware, lumber, and home center store owners who make up our 4,100 member-retailers.

Our executive management team is led by president and CEO Bob Taylor and executive vice president and COO Dave Haist. Seven divisional vice presidents direct and grow our company in these areas: finance, information technology, marketing, lumber, building materials, hardware products purchasing, retail development, and retail logistics. The management team works together with over 1,500 Do it Best Corp. employees to serve our members around the world.
