| Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: developing, implementing and communicating retail service center and drop shipment programs; explaining and communicating programs, locating sources, resolving problems, explaining claim policies, recommending products and product lines to members; travel to attend markets, trade shows, vendor conferences, member field visits, regional vendor interviews, vendor facilities-domestic and overseas. |
