The requirements of this position include a four-year degree in marketing or a business-related field, creative problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with little supervision. You must be efficient with Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Retail or wholesale/distribution experience is helpful. You must possess a high level of accuracy while having the ability to multi-task.

The project leader will be involved in projects that expose them to all aspects of the roles within the Merchandising area. The position would develop the skills necessary to effectively manage retail merchandise programs. Some projects may be very product category specific, while others may be more departmental specific. Some of the key responsibilities include vendor management, product line reviews, product set-up and maintenance, Do it Best Market programs, and Do it Best internal business process development and administration. This position would report to the merchandising division manager.
