The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associates degree in Computer Information Systems, including technical studies, or equivalent experience; 2-3 years of experience in web development in a business environment; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; verbal and written communication skills; must be familiar with internet business models, e-commerce, infrastructure, firewalls, internet access, servers, databases and file structures, and integration with back-end systems.  Skill sets desired are experience using ASP, HTML, Visual Basic, and ASP.net. VB.net, VB Script, IIS, Javascript, Microsoft SQL Server, Stored procedures, TCP/IP and FTP; must be able to manage multiple projects or problems concurrently; must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

The responsibilities of this position include designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing new programs or changes to existing programs in a web-based environment; preparing written user requirements, determining scope of projects and preparing estimates; participating with other team members in development of mainframe, PC, or internet applications; troubleshoots issues with existing or developed systems and works with the appropriate resources to resolve issues; provides documentation, project tracking and reports status in both written and oral progress reports.
